Thermomix Tm21 Repair

Today we repaired a glorious Bimby Tm21, a 30-year-old appliance! The appliance was brought in reporting error 6 at startup. The customer also reported that the timer regulator potentiometer was maddening (moving it even slightly would jump back and forth without any logic). Furthermore the balance button was reluctant to return, it remained stuck 99% of the time. We performed a thorough internal cleaning, regenerated the mechanical timer encoder (which apparently doesn't exist as a spare part).
