Electronic waste — the so-called WEEE — is among the fastest-growing waste categories in the world. Batteries, electronic boards, special plastics: their disposal requires costly processes and not always without environmental impact. Repairing a device means keeping it out of the landfill, reducing the extraction of raw materials and lowering the carbon footprint linked to the production of a new device.

Often the cost of a repair is a fraction of the price of a new device. Repair is not always the right choice: sometimes the cost of the intervention is not justified by the residual value of the device, or the damage is such that replacement is more convenient. Our workshop knows this, and will tell you straight.

Even before working on the device, we analyze the problem and provide you with an honest assessment: if it's worth repairing, we tell you how much it costs and why. If it's not worth it, we'll tell you that too — because our goal is not to generate revenue at all costs, but to give you the advice we would give to a friend.
