We are a laboratory in Turin, specialized in repairs of Smartphones, Tablets, PCs and Notebooks (including Mac) and Gaming Consoles (Playstation4, Xbox one, Nintendo Switch etc.)

For many jobs we are able to intervene BY APPOINTMENT with delivery times of just 24 hours.

Our main objective is to offer a valid alternative to repairs at official assistance centers, with lower expenses and with work performed properly, using the best spare parts on the market.

We opened our laboratory back in 1998, at the historic location of Via Giacomo Medici 113/B, driven by a genuine passion for our work and electronics in general. A lot of time has passed, technology is constantly evolving and our main challenge is to offer services in line with the times. Everyone can sell, few are truly able to repair. The work of a technician, in this period, is very inflated. Everything seems easy, just watch a few videos on youtube, buy the spare part.... feel like technicians and sometimes decide to open a laboratory thinking of easy profits. The reality is a bit different. It takes genuine passion, extreme manual skill (you really work on small details, especially on Smartphones), continuous training courses (technological progress in the field of Smartphone and PC repairs happens at an incredible speed, those who stop are lost...), kindness and patience with customers (it seems obvious but I assure you it is not) trying to involve them and explaining in simple terms what was done to repair and pamper their device. All this makes the difference between an ordinary laboratory and a WINNING LABORATORY! We have repaired over 22,000 devices in 27 years, we moved 16 years ago to the new and larger headquarters at Via Sospello 123A with the aim of offering better and greater services to our customers.
