The hard disk will be analyzed by our technicians (fixed cost technical examination EUR 50) and based on the problem found, cutting-edge recovery techniques will be used in order to recover and save all possible data. Some types of intervention are performed directly at our laboratory. For others (for example, need for intervention in a clean room) we rely on selected partners, all without you having to lift a finger! recovery costs can vary greatly depending on the problem found. It ranges from a minimum of EUR 100 to a maximum of 1100 euros (the precise estimate will be communicated before proceeding). For any further information do not hesitate to contact us, but above all, if you care about your data, do not experiment or make useless attempts with commercial data recovery programs (if your hard disk has logical or mechanical problems, you risk only compromising a subsequent data recovery done by professionals!).

Do you have an SSD that is no longer recognized, does not allow access to files or contains important data to recover?

Our SSD data recovery service includes an initial technical examination phase to verify the state of the device and the real recovery possibilities.

The technical examination has a fixed cost of 100.00 € + VAT and normally requires 2/3 working days.

At the end of the analysis, a report is provided with the estimated percentage of data recoverability and the final quote to proceed.

The cost of data recovery from SSD normally varies from 500.00 € + VAT to 1,500.00 € + VAT, depending on the type of failure and the complexity of the intervention.

If the quote is accepted, complete recovery normally requires 7/15 working days.

The customer always decides whether to proceed only after receiving the results of the technical examination and the final quote.

The service allows you to recover WhatsApp conversations from Android smartphones mainly in two situations:

• WhatsApp has been uninstalled or removed from the phone;
• some chats have been recently deleted.

The service is not available for iPhone.

Costs and preliminary verification

The initial cost of 50 € concerns the technical feasibility examination and must be paid in advance.

The amount is due even if recovery proves impossible, as it includes the work necessary to analyze the device, identify any available copies, and concretely verify which data can be recovered.

Within 48 hours we communicate the result of the analysis and, if positive, we precisely indicate which contents we are able to restore.

If recovery is possible and the customer decides to proceed, the total cost of the service is 200 €. The 50 € already paid will be deducted from the total; therefore 150 € will remain to be paid upon delivery.

The price does not vary based on the number of chats, messages or attachments recovered and no additional costs are provided.

If recovery is not possible, the service ends with the technical examination and no other payment is requested.

In which cases recovery is possible

WhatsApp uninstalled from the same phone

This is generally the most favorable situation and the one with the greatest probability of recovery, especially when the device has not been formatted and has not been used intensively after the application was removed.

Presence of a backup copy

To use a backup copy it is necessary to still have:

• the same phone number;
• the same Google account associated with the backup.

In the absence of one of these elements, the backup copy may not be accessible or restorable.

Recently deleted chats

In this case timing is crucial.

The possibilities of recovery are significantly greater when the device is delivered a few hours after deletion. Continuing to use the phone can gradually overwrite the deleted data, reducing the chances of success.

In which cases recovery is not possible

There are situations in which recovery cannot be performed, regardless of the tools used:

• phone formatted or reset to factory settings, in the absence of a backup copy;
• backup copy protected by a password that is no longer available;
• phone number no longer active, when recovery depends exclusively on a backup;
• chats deleted a long time ago on a phone used daily.

In less clear cases, the technical examination allows us to establish whether there are actual possibilities for recovery, avoiding incurring the full cost of the service based on a mere hypothesis.

Data delivery methods

The recovered contents can be delivered in one of the following ways.

Browsable archive

Conversations are exported to PDF files. Photos, videos, documents and voice messages are organized in folders linked to the archive.

This solution is suitable for those who wish to preserve conversations, consult them from a computer or use them as documentation.

Restoration on a new phone

When technically possible, WhatsApp is configured on a new smartphone with the history of recovered conversations, allowing you to resume using the application.

Availability of WhatsApp profile during work

For the entire duration of the intervention, generally between 24 and 48 hours, it is necessary to have exclusive access to the WhatsApp profile in question.

During this period WhatsApp must not be reactivated on another phone. A new activation could interrupt the procedure and make it necessary to repeat the work from the beginning.

Normal calls and SMS associated with the phone number continue to work regularly.

What to do before handing over the phone

If conversations have been recently deleted, it is important to limit the use of the device as much as possible.

It is recommended to:

• do not take new photographs;
• do not install or update applications;
• do not download files;
• do not record videos;
• avoid any non-essential use.

Each new operation can overwrite some of the deleted data.

When possible, it is preferable to activate airplane mode, turn off the phone and hand it over in the condition it is in.
