For normal repairs where the fault is already identifiable, the estimate is free and non-binding.
If instead the defect is unclear or could depend on multiple components, it may be necessary to examine the smartphone directly in the lab before we can determine the repair cost.

How much does it cost?
For many common repairs, such as displays, batteries or charging connectors, we can often give you the cost just by knowing the model and problem.
Not all defects can be quoted without seeing the phone, though. If the damage is unclear or could depend on multiple components, it's necessary to analyze the smartphone directly in the lab.
In these cases an in-depth paid technical examination is performed, necessary to identify the defect and determine if repair is possible and how much it might cost.
How long does it take?
If we need to order it, we let you know when it arrives and schedule the work so we keep your phone for as little time as possible.
For more complex issues, the times depend on the analysis needed to identify the defect.
Do I have to leave you the phone just to find out how much it costs?
We often just need to know the model and type of damage to give you the price and timeline.
If instead the problem can't be identified remotely, or the phone has a more complex defect, we first need to examine it in the lab.
In these cases an in-depth paid technical examination is provided. Once we identify the damage, we can tell you what can be done and how much the repair costs.
Will I lose photos, WhatsApp and other data?
Changing a display, battery or connector doesn't require wiping the phone.
Of course, when possible, a backup of important data is always a good idea.
Do you use original spare parts?
For some phones the original spare part is available, for others there are several alternatives.
When we have multiple options, we explain what changes and how much it costs, so you can choose.
Is the repair guaranteed?
After repair, does the phone remain waterproof?
Our laboratory, however, does not guarantee the maintenance of waterproofing or water resistance after opening and repairing the device, even when the closing system is correctly restored.
Do you repair old phones too?
First we check availability and price and then we decide together if the repair makes sense.
What if it won't turn on at all?
A completely dead phone may have a faulty battery, a charging issue, or something more serious on the circuit board.
In these cases we first need to understand what happened and then we can tell you if it's worth repairing.
To understand this, a detailed paid technical examination is always required: a phone that won't turn on cannot be diagnosed remotely.
But is it still worth repairing?
Often yes.
If your phone still works well and the problem is simply a display, battery or connector, replacing it completely may not make much sense.
And if the repair risks costing too much compared to the value of your phone, we'd rather tell you first instead of letting you throw money away.
