If instead the defect is unclear or could depend on multiple components, it may be necessary to examine the tablet directly in the laboratory before we can determine the repair cost.

If we already have the replacement part, we can arrange directly when to come by.
This way, when possible, you leave the tablet with us only for the time necessary for the repair.
If instead the problem requires diagnosis, the tablet is taken in for a detailed technical examination at a cost.

How much does it cost?
For many common repairs, such as display, batteries or charging connectors, we can often tell you the cost just by knowing the model and the problem.
However, not all defects can be quoted without seeing the tablet. If the fault is unclear or could depend on multiple components, it is necessary to analyze the tablet directly in the laboratory.
In these cases, a detailed technical examination at a cost is performed, necessary to identify the fault and determine if the repair is possible and how much it may cost.
How long does it take?
If we need to order it, we'll tell you when it arrives and arrange the service so we keep your tablet for as little time as possible.
For more complex faults, the times depend on the analysis needed to identify the defect.
Do I have to leave you my tablet just to find out how much it costs?
Often we just need to know the model and type of fault to give you a price and timeframe.
If the problem can't be identified remotely, or the tablet has a more complex defect, we need to examine it in the lab first.
In these cases there is a detailed paid technical inspection. Once we've identified the fault, we can tell you what can be done and how much the repair costs.
Will I lose photos, WhatsApp and other data?
Changing a display, battery or connector doesn't require erasing the tablet.
Of course, when possible, a backup of important data is always a good idea.
Do you use original spare parts?
For some phones the original spare part is available, for others there are different alternatives.
When we have multiple options, we explain what the differences are and how much each costs, so you can choose.
Is the repair guaranteed?
After repair, does the tablet remain waterproof?
Our lab, however, does not guarantee the maintenance of waterproofing or water resistance after opening and repairing the device, even when the closure system is correctly restored.
Do you repair old tablets too?
We first check availability and price, then decide together if the repair is worthwhile.
What if it won't turn on at all?
A completely dead tablet could have a faulty battery, a charging problem or something more serious on the circuit board.
In these cases we first need to understand what happened and then we can tell you if it's worth repairing.
Understanding this always requires a detailed paid technical inspection: a tablet that won't turn on cannot be diagnosed remotely.
But is it still worth fixing?
Often yes.
If the tablet is still working fine and the problem is simply a display, battery or connector, replacing it completely may not make much sense.
And if the repair risks costing too much compared to the tablet's value, we prefer to tell you first instead of having you waste money.
