The service includes complete maintenance of the computer's cooling system, suitable for desktop PCs, gaming PCs, traditional notebooks and gaming notebooks.

The procedure involves opening the device, carefully removing accumulated dust from the inside, cleaning the fans, heatsinks, air grilles and the main areas affected by air passage.

When technically foreseen, the processor heatsink is also removed and the old thermal paste is replaced with a professional quality product, restoring correct heat transfer between the CPU and cooling system. In devices that require it, the GPU thermal paste status and thermal pads can also be checked.

Periodic maintenance can help to:

• reduce operating temperatures;
• limit noise and excessive fan speed;
• prevent slowdowns due to overheating;
• improve stability during heavy games and applications;
• reduce thermal stress on components;
• extend the useful life of the computer.

At the end of the procedure, the correct operation of the fans is verified and, when possible, the system's operating temperatures.

The service is especially recommended in the presence of very noisy fans, high temperatures, sudden shutdowns, performance drops or when the computer has not been cleaned internally for several years.

Any replacement of fans, heatsinks, deteriorated thermal pads or other components are not included in the basic service and will be evaluated separately.

Computer cleanup from viruses, malware, ransomware, adware and unwanted programs, with verification of system status at the end of the intervention.

The intervention includes analysis with specific tools, removal of identified threats, control of programs that start automatically, verification of the browser and installed extensions and a general check on the health status of the system.

The indicated price is a starting point and corresponds to one hour of work. The actual time depends on how compromised the system is: in some cases the cleanup is exhausted in the basic intervention, in others more steps are needed. Before proceeding beyond the scheduled hour, what to do is always agreed with the customer.

In cases where the system is too damaged to be recovered reliably, the correct approach is data backup and complete reinstallation: this is evaluated separately and agreed before starting.

The service does not include the license of an antivirus, which can be purchased separately.

Annual license of Malwarebytes Premium, valid for 12 months on one device. Includes installation, activation and initial configuration of real-time protection.

Malwarebytes works alongside or replaces the system antivirus and deals with malware, ransomware, adware and potentially unwanted programs.

The license can be activated on a computer already in our processing or purchased separately. Renewal at expiration is not automatic.

Any removal of an infection already present is not included: it is evaluated separately, because the time required depends on how compromised the system is.
