iPhone series X / XS / XS MAX and 11 PRO / PRO MAX SOFT OLED display touch glass replacement with same technology as original Apple iPhone X
Service Description
Have you broken the glass or display of your iPhone X series? Take 5 minutes and read what we have to tell you. You should know that replacement screens on the market are not all the same! For the X series there are indeed three different types of screens. Your iPhone, as standard, has a display that uses a technology called SOFT OLED. Soft means soft, Oled instead stands for Organic Led. These are displays that under their glass, are flexible... that's right, they are soft. With the X series Apple introduced the same technology used by Samsung for years now. Every single pixel that makes up the display, is a small luminous led that shines with its own light. This technology allows you to have extremely bright displays, and incredibly sharp. Before this technology Apple used LCD displays, (acronym for Liquid Crystal Display, that is liquid crystal display). In such displays the individual pixels are not individually luminous, they need to be illuminated with what is called backlighting (a light is projected through the display to make it visible.). The disadvantages of backlighting? greater overall thickness of the display, lower brightness compared to Oled, lower uniformity of lighting. Why did we explain all this to you? Let's go back to the spare parts that can be used to repair your iPhone X series! There are three types of replacement (I list them in order of quality, from worst to best): 1) LCD display 2) HARD OLED display 3) SOFT OLED display. HARD Display. This type of display, is very similar in terms of characteristics to what your iPhone X series had as standard... Brightness, colors.... it has only one sad flaw... it is much more fragile, because the display matrix is glassy and not flexible.... Yes, you are about to install a display definitely much more fragile than the one you had before... at the first little bump... you will have to change it again. Is this kind of saving worth it??? Let's go to the last type of display. The SOFT OLED display. This display is literally identical to the one you had installed as standard on your iPhone X series. Sure, it costs more than the other two, but the quality.. you see it all... Hoping to have clarified things for you... we look forward to seeing you in the lab!
