Service Description

Your PS5 is no longer showing anything on screen? Often the cause is a damaged rear HDMI port. We replace it with a new spare part and test the video output before returning it to you.

To access the port, we remove the motherboard and take off the heatsink; we also take care of the liquid metal. In the table below you can find the difference between redistribution and complete replacement.

PS5 liquid metal: redistribution or complete replacement?

	Redistribution	Complete replacement
Cost	Included in the service, no additional costs	Upon request, with a small surcharge
What we do	We evenly redistribute the original liquid metal on the processor	We remove the old liquid metal, clean and prepare the processor and heatsink, apply new liquid metal
When it is recommended	The original liquid metal is still in good condition	There are oxidations, contaminations or alterations that reduce its effectiveness, more likely on consoles a few years old

If you desire the complete replacement, let us know when you bring the console to us.
