Upgrade of analog sticks with Hall effect sensors Sony Aim Controller PS5
Service Description
You should know that the analog controls of your joypad are based on analyzing the position of the X and Y axes through two potentiometers (or trimmers). Every time you move the analog control knob, these trimmers move and change their own value, communicating it to the controller (and consequently to the Playstation which will move your character or game action). The technology on which these trimmers are based is resistive type. A metal cursor moves by sliding on a resistive film. This type of action, repeated over time, as there is minimal friction between the two parts, wears out the resistive film. When the resistive film has worn out, your joypad will begin to have the classic drifting problem (the character or game action will move by itself without any intervention from you). And now the question: can this problem be resolved PERMANENTLY? YES, NOW IT CAN BE!!!!! Because there is a new technology, in which the components no longer have any friction between them (so they don't wear out). This technology is based on an effect called the Hall effect. In a nutshell, when you move the analog stick on the joypad you move two microscopic magnets in front of a chip that analyzes the intensity of the magnetic field, thus determining its position. In this case the two parts do not touch, and since there is no friction... the lifespan of analog controls is virtually eternal!!!! Your Dual Sense Joypad will become BETTER than more prestigious joypads like SCUF or Aim Controllers (faster in axis response, more precise and especially.. ETERNAL!!!! If you want more information about this type of technology or (if you're from Turin) want to try a modified controller, don't hesitate to come visit us in the lab. If the service seems expensive to you.. try to think that this will be the last controller you'll have to change! (unless you throw it against the wall!).
